1. What happens when we receive your claim ?
When we receive your claim we will contact you immediately to inform you that, - We have been appointed by the insurer to assess and or quote for repairs to the damages associated with your claim. - We will schedule a suitable appointment time that suits you.
2. we have completed our site assessment. what happens next ?
Once we have completed our evaluation all relative documentation will be forwarded to the Insurer in order for them to assess and evaluate. Please note that the time with which it takes to make a decision on your claim is entirely with your Insurer.
3. your claim has been successfully accepted and decco property services have been appointed as your repairer. when will we begin on the repairs ?
Once we have been appointed by the insurer to commence on repairs we will,- Contact you immediately to notify you.- Arrange site access. - Organise a suitable work schedule.- Forward an invoice for the collection of excess payable prior to commencement of any works. (Unless advised otherwise by the Insurer).
4. how long will it take ?
Please know that we will always endeavour to complete works within a timely and professional manner. However this will vary depending on,- The complexity of the repairs.- The ordering of job specific or specialised building materials and the lead times with which they may present.- Specific replacement products and items and the lead times they may also present.
